Bridget recognizes that each person’s life is shaped by their unique context: histories, relationships, and the systems they move through. She engages in a model of care that honors each person’s wisdom and innate capacity to heal, supporting people in cultivating resilience and nurturing connections of mutual support. She feels especially drawn to working with people living with chronic illness, those who have experienced developmental trauma, and individuals from marginalized communities.
With training in nature-based therapy, expressive arts, somatic therapy, and neurofeedback, Bridget brings a creative and body-centered approach to her work. She feels privileged to walk alongside people as they rediscover healing, empowerment, and connection.

Cate Nelson, MSW, LICSW (she/her)
Cate earned her MSW from Winona State University’s Trauma-Informed Clinical Social Work program in April 2022. Cate has experience working with ages 13+, neurotypical and neurodiverse, and feels honored to accompany folks on their healing journey. She has a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, always meeting her clients with compassion and respect. Cate utilizes many modalities as she feels therapy is not, “one size fits all.” She works with each individual to make a plan that is honoring and specific to them.

Kristi Klinger, MA (she/her)
Kristi graduated from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with an M.A. in Counseling and Psychological Services in January 2025. She is currently practicing under the supervision of Amy Carey while working toward licensure as an LPCC. Kristi shows up in the therapy room much like she does in her day-to-day life—with authenticity, compassion, and genuine curiosity. She will sit with you in the hard moments, cheer you on as you take steps in a new direction, and hold hope for growth and healing even when you can’t yet hold it for yourself. Kristi’s passion is working with adults (18+) to uncover their truest selves by shedding limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve them, especially when these stuck points are rooted in past trauma. She is trained in EMDR and integrates parts work, Emotion Focused Therapy, behavioral therapies, and mindfulness, adapting her approach to each client’s needs and preferences.
